Comfy and magnificent location, fairly clean hotel in general.

location next to 2 restaurants and albuquerque or las cruces. for tea or coffee visit pete's cafe nearby. breakfast with meats, scrambled eggs and also bacon.

Booked family room, that was provided with bathroom and the refrigerator, for example. The location was comfy, on a hill, convenient to go everywhere. Also, it was 1 mile from Harvey House Museum.

Tbh, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and the bathroom was too small.

Clean facilities but the carpet in the room needed a good cleaning.

I was really surprised by the spacious, clean room and the cute atmosphere created by the lovely decorations throughout the hotel. It was also conveniently located just off the freeway.

More non-slip options in the tubs would be helpful.

It was just an ideal choice for a stopover in Belen with good price-quality ratio. The staff at the desk were very friendly. Don't expect gourmet breakfast options.

The coffee was available around the clock. There was a lack of detailed guidance regarding nearby attractions, and occasional noise from other guests was noticeable. Parking can be limited at peak times.

The coffee stood out, fresh and strong, always a plus. A couple of things could improve the experience. The night counter hostess lacked a friendly greeting. The bathroom door didn't latch properly due to being unleveled, not an issue for us but could impact others. Lastly, a bright light pole shone directly into our room, which might bother light-sensitive sleepers. Despite those minor drawbacks, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

This place suits me perfectly. With fast wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness centre, it provides everything I need. The staff helped with late check-out during my first stay, and they are always friendly. I can't wait for my next city trip!

The staff was especially helpful. Lisa at the front desk even loaned me a phone charger! Plus, 24-hour coffee service in the lobby was a real treat for early risers like me.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.
